A guillotine shearing machine is selected for stronger cutting control, thicker material, better edge quality, and more demanding sheet or plate cutting than a basic shear application.

Main Features:

  1. The frame and blade carrier are steel structural parts. The upper blade carrier is tempered to eliminate internal stress, with strong rigidity and good structural stability.
  2. Under the action of the oil cylinder, the blade carrier moves up and down along the guide rail to realize the shearing action.
  3. The back gauge adopts ball-screw transmission, and the adjustment of the back-gauge distance is driven by a motor. Positioning is accurate, and operation is fast and smooth.
  4. The hold-down mechanism consists of a group of hold-down cylinders. Under the action of pressure oil, the hold-down cylinders overcome the spring tension to press the sheet material.
  5. After shearing is completed, it returns by means of the spring tension.
  6. To facilitate shearing of wider sheets, a front support frame is provided on the front of the machine. One of them is equipped with a scale and side positioning stop.
  7. The hydraulic system has overload overflow safety protection, and the oil level is displayed clearly and intuitively. The machine can work continuously for 16 hours under rated load. The hydraulic system ensures no leakage, continuous and stable processing, and high accuracy.
