OFFLINE SOFTWARE
Profile T3D Offline Programming is used for preparing press brake bending programs away from the machine. Operators or engineers can create parts, check bending feasibility, select tools, simulate the bending sequence, and prepare production data before the job reaches the press brake.
This helps keep the machine available for production instead of using machine time for program preparation. For high-mix bending work, complex parts, and repeat orders, offline programming can reduce setup time, lower trial-bending waste, and make the bending workflow more predictable.
