OFFLINE SOFTWARE

Profile T3D Offline Programming

Profile T3D Offline Programming is used for preparing press brake bending programs away from the machine. Operators or engineers can create parts, check bending feasibility, select tools, simulate the bending sequence, and prepare production data before the job reaches the press brake.

This helps keep the machine available for production instead of using machine time for program preparation. For high-mix bending work, complex parts, and repeat orders, offline programming can reduce setup time, lower trial-bending waste, and make the bending workflow more predictable.

  • Supports 2D and 3D graphical programming for press brake bending work.
  • Allows bend sequence calculation and simulation before production.
  • Helps check tooling selection, part feasibility, and possible collision risks.
  • Supports DXF import and 3D CAD import for faster program preparation.
  • Enables program transfer between the office and the press brake CNC system.
  • Suitable for workshops that need better production preparation, fewer test bends, and shorter machine downtime.
