A tube plate laser cutting machine combines sheet cutting and tube cutting capability in one system. It is attractive for shops that need both processes but cannot justify two separate machines at the beginning.

Main Features:

Configuration Details

Mechanical Bed

The mechanical bed uses a reinforced welded structure for both plate cutting and tube cutting operation. A hollow internal layout with reinforced sections improves structural strength, heat resistance, and vibration control during high-speed movement.

The bed can be treated by high-temperature annealing, high-speed shot blasting, and stress-relief processing to reduce internal stress and prevent long-term deformation. This helps maintain stable cutting accuracy for plate work, pipe work, and combined production tasks.

Beam

The beam is designed to combine high rigidity, lightweight movement, and stable dynamic performance. Finite element analysis can be used to optimize the structure for fast acceleration and accurate positioning.

A strong beam structure helps reduce vibration during high-speed cutting and supports consistent cutting quality across the full working area. Heat treatment improves rigidity and long-term stability, helping the beam resist deformation during extended use.

Laser Source

The fiber laser source provides stable cutting energy for sheet metal and tube processing. Different laser power levels can be selected according to plate thickness, tube wall thickness, material type, and production speed requirements.

Cutting Head

Pneumatic Chuck
